Please improve randomization

This app is good in doing what it says. I have two suggestions.
1. Setting: Once I have define a setting, it should keep it. This app always go back to the default setting.
2. Randomization: I think it needs some more work / improvement. For example: two numbers ( 1 and 9), multiplication, and 81 questions. One would think the app would generate 81 different combinations. However, this app generates much less than that, maybe 30. So, the other 51 questions are just repeat of the 30 questions.

If the programmer fix the above two issues, this could be a very good app.
